Employment law is a complex area that has rapidly changed. Managers, as legal agents of your company, are responsible for keeping abreast of employment regulations. This course is a one-day intensive training for participants who previously attended a MNW training program. The management readiness program is offered to those employees who want to take the next step in furthering their careers and whose employers are willing to invest in their potential through education. This is a pre-management training course that focuses on the process of moving from a peer to a leader.  Who should attend: Team leads, assistant managers, new HR staff and any employee who has the desire and potential for a future management role. Topics covered include:
