Management Northwest offers the following primary services: * MNW Membership Services - Preventative employment law services for a flat annual membership fee - MOST COST EFFECTIVE PROGRAM FOR COMPANIES * MNW Training Services - Employee and management training on employment-related topics both in-house and multi-employer throughout the Northwest. * Internal Investigations - Conduct investigations of complaints relating to violations of law and policy, suspected theft, harassment, discrimination. * Hourly Representational Services - Legal representation on general civil matters. Drafting and enforcing/defending contracts, safety compliance, business litigation, representation at federal and state agency levels.
